Armature Yard "Boyana" offers custom rebar fabrication based on structural drawings, specifications or client-supplied schedules.

We perform cutting, straightening, bending and assembly of reinforcement elements with high dimensional accuracy. We handle both standard orders and complex individual projects for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction.

Finished reinforcement can be sorted and labelled by position, structural element, floor or construction phase — making site installation faster, reducing working time and minimising the risk of errors.

Maximum element length: up to 18 metres.

Rebar Fabrication to Drawing

Lead time depends on quantity, element complexity, bar diameter and current production load.

You can place an order by drawing, structural project or schedule, either in person at Armature Yard "Boyana" or by submitting an online enquiry through the contact form on our website.

There is no minimum order quantity. You can purchase as little as a single stirrup weighing around 300 grams if needed.

Prices are shown both with and without 20% VAT. All transactions are invoiced and include VAT.

We offer specialised rebar transport with the ability to unload and deliver materials up to 10 metres high at the construction site.

Transport cost depends on the order quantity:
  • up to 1,000 kg — transport is fully at the client's expense (100%)
  • up to 10,000 kg — transport cost is shared 50/50
  • over 10,000 kg — transport within the Sofia area is free of charge

Yes. We fabricate and deliver rebar to construction sites across Bulgaria. Prices for out-of-town deliveries are listed on the Transport Prices page.

Projects can be submitted in paper or digital format, including PDF, DWG and Excel.
